Restore The Full Book

The Full Book is a one-time purchase that unlocks Realms III to X, the Epilogue and the Arena. It belongs to the store account you bought it with, so you can unlock it again, at no charge, on a new phone or after reinstalling the game.

On iPhone

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy The Full Book. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Media & Purchases.
  2. Open The Last Lexicon, tap STORE on the main menu, then Restore Purchase on the Full Book card.
  3. Confirm with your Apple Account if asked. The Full Book unlocks straight away.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture and check you're using the same Google account you bought The Full Book with. If you have more than one account, switch to that one.
  2. Open The Last Lexicon. The game checks Google Play when it starts, so The Full Book usually unlocks by itself. If it hasn't, tap STORE on the main menu, then Restore Purchase.
  3. If it still doesn't unlock, Google's help page on problems with in-app purchases walks through the usual fixes.

Purchases stay with the store they were made in. The Full Book bought on the App Store can't be restored on Android, or the other way round, because Apple and Google keep separate records.

Refunds

Apple and Google process every purchase of The Last Lexicon, so they also handle refunds, under their own policies. We never see your payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves.

If something in the game isn't working, please tell us too. We'd like the chance to fix it.

Common questions

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your phone. The game has no accounts and no online saves. Uninstalling the game deletes your progress. If your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google device backup) is turned on, it may include the game's save, and restoring that backup may bring it back; we never receive it.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

There's no cloud save, so progress doesn't follow you automatically. A full device-to-device transfer or backup restore on the same platform may carry it across. The Full Book itself can always be restored (see above).

Do I need the internet to play?

No. The Last Lexicon plays completely offline. You only need a connection to download the game and to buy or restore The Full Book.

What's free, and what does The Full Book add?

Realms I and II, the first 40 stages, are free to play in full. The Full Book (US$4.99 in the United States; local prices are set by Apple and Google) unlocks Realms III to X, the Epilogue and the Arena. It's the only purchase: no ads, no subscriptions, no loot boxes.
