The Last Lexicon

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026

The short version: The Last Lexicon collects no personal data. There are no analytics, no ads, no accounts and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device. If you choose to buy The Full Book, Apple or Google processes the payment, and we never receive your payment details.

Who we are

The Last Lexicon is made by Wordbound Games, the games label of Adaptive Digital Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Adaptive Digital Studio LLC is responsible for this policy (the "controller" of any personal data, in data-protection terms). "We" and "us" below mean Adaptive Digital Studio LLC.

This policy covers the mobile game The Last Lexicon (for iOS and Android) and this website, wordboundgames.com.

What the game collects

Nothing. Specifically, the game has:

What stays on your device

Your game progress (stages cleared, coins, Lamp Shards, charms, draughts, spell ranks, story choices and settings) is saved in a file on your device so you can pick up where you left off. It never leaves your device through the game, and uninstalling the game deletes it.

If you have turned on your phone's own backup service (iCloud Backup or Google device backup), that backup may include the game's save file. That backup is handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies; we never receive it.

The optional purchase

Realms I and II are free. The one optional in-app purchase, The Full Book, is sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their terms and privacy policies:

When you buy or restore The Full Book, the store tells the game on your device that the purchase is valid, using a confirmation (a receipt) from Apple or Google. The game uses it only to unlock content on that device. It is not sent to us, and we never receive your name, email address, payment card or billing details. Apple and Google may provide us with sales reports, as they do to every developer; we use those only for accounting.

Children

The Last Lexicon is rated E10+ by the ESRB and PEGI 7. Because the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we'll delete it.

This website

wordboundgames.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; like any web host, GitHub processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure (see the GitHub Privacy Statement). We don't receive or use that information.

If you email us

If you write to support@wordboundgames.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Our email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing (see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy). We use your message only to reply to you, for example to help with a problem or to tell you when the game launches if you asked us to. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell or share your email, or use it for advertising, and we delete messages when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.

Your choices and rights

Since the game holds no personal data about you, there is nothing in the game for us to access, correct or delete. To remove your game progress, uninstall the game. For anything you've sent us by email, you can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game ever adds anything that collects or shares data, we will update this policy before that version is released, change the effective date above, and update the store listings to match.
